Custom Dovetail Bar

This is reinforced dovetail bar was created for my Astro-Physics 10" Maksutov-Cassegrain to reduce flexure experienced with a 17.25" Losmandy bar . If you are interested in a heavy-duty dovetail bar for your scope, speak to Scott Losmandy. He has told me that he will make 3/4" thick bars for the C11 and other scopes with a ribbed structure for strength and light weight. If you are unable to get a satisfactory bar from Losmandy, let me know.
