The plate and stainless steel screws weigh just under 4 lbs (1.8 kilo). It is about 11.75" x 6.5" (29.8 x 16.5 cm) overall. The hole spacing is 180mm x 125mm, and 100mm x 180mm.. So, it is designed for rings with holes 100mm, or 125mm apart, using M10 screws.
